Bug #5698:
Userlist search collapse being ignored due to searchmode
Description
When a userlist is set to show the search only or list and search, but the list is configured to collapse the search it doesn't function. It should respect the parameter if a search has been made and there is results. The collapse should never happen if there is a search and there are no results.
