Implement parameter to turn on remember me

Description
When enabled it should set the remember me cookie to allow their session to restore. This should allow auto-login on return basically.
- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
This is just always enabled. Whether it works or not is up to Joomla, but it'll now remember social logins if Joomla keeps track of the cookie properly allowing for a smoother social login experience on return.
