Description

Currently forgot login and sign up are displayed as links. Implement parameters to render them as buttons.

NOTICE: This is needed for new JP site!

This should just be a parameter to add a CSS class to the links so it can be customized as needed. Probably should do same for login/logout buttons and the inputs.
