Description

Implement package details page that shows version history. In short can be used to display a single package page for example. Example display as follows.

Description | Media
Versions Table

Add paging for the version table as there could be a lot of versions. If no versions are available just show current details for the available package (site, modify date, etc..). Package title should link to the details page if no URL is supplied.
