Reopened as appears only partially fixed. Stable without metadata compared to stable with metadata is causing issues. Example as follows.

Stable: 4.0.2
PKB Version: 4.0.2+2016.03.10.18.21.01.9ad6295e6

Best way to probably compare is if it's not a +build then strip the metadata for compare.
