Description

Implement a parameter to toggle on version history for the versions XML. This would add a new versions array to each package that contains the version, date of the version, download URL, etc.. for a packages full version history. Disabled by default.

Versions XML can now include versions history, package presets (the presets the package are in), presets, and preset packages (the packages in the preset).
