Description
It should check each plugins version and if there's a newer release then have a single link to download all those plugins latest releases.

Can't happen until CB Packger Builder versions XML provides package IDs as a new URL needs to be constructed with the IDs of each package that has an update. See #6312

I believe this FR is not a functionality FR, but a UI FR ;-)
Still think an "Update all" button in the Plugins Management (plugins list) view would be great (provided the user is logged-in at joomlapolis at same time so that upgrades can happen). Alternatively, that "Update" button could simply redirect to the install-from-web tab, Upgrade sub-tab ?
