Implement parameter to specify the CMSes

Description
Currently 2.5 and 3.0 are hardcoded. Implement a parameter to specify custom CMS so for example you can limit plugins to Joomla 3.2, 3.4, etc..
Also add cbselect usage if CMS list is greater than 5 or maybe 10.
