Add parameter to toggle on downloading
Description
Currently you can't download a photo, but during testing this proved helpful grabbing my Facebook photos. Add a parameter that'll allow downloading of non-linked entries. Disable this by default for videos and music, but enable by default for photos. Parameter not necessary for files.

This should only be available in the modal window menu.
