Description

With CB 2.1 triggers for custom routing for plugins are available. Implement usage of these triggers to rewrite GJ URLs. They should be as follows.

menu-alias/001-category/001-group

Needs to somehow handle dealing with groups that have no category, which would just be be as follows.
