Change forgot login redirect from done to forgot login
Description
Currently the forgot login POST processing redirects to a done page (fake empty page). This has no SEO and makes no sense. It's a blank page if no message queue is even used. This should just send them back to the forgot login page with the message.

Don't agree. In success case, should go to login page, not stay on lost password page.
