Description
When hovering a field input it could be strong UX for desktop views to at least show the tooltip. This of course doesn't work for mobile. Do not think qtip2 has this functionality without it also taking over the click behavior of labels (not desired!). Maybe a custom implementation of this with a new data attribute would be most ideal.
