Change language finder to be side by side with overrides

Description
Instead of being at the bottom it should be a 2 column display more like Joomlas. This should make it easier to use without having to constantly scroll up and down.

This wouldn't make any sense. New language overrides are added to the bottom. If the finder is side by side then as soon as you get a few overrides added you'll constantly be scrolling back and forth to add new overrides. It makes sense for it to be at the bottom where new overrides are added. This used to be an issue when new overrides were added wherever you pressed the inline new button, but not the case anymore with latest CB Repeat implementations.
