Description

Implement a compact mode that renders plugin menus under the Plugins menu item of CB. Additionally add sorting to the plugin menus to ensure they are always output in the same order as they're currently output based off load order, which can cause the menu items to move around sometimes.

Implemented in MR !1391

Default enabled for new/migrated installs. Disabled for existing. Works with both dropdown and tabled output.
