Currently the backend XML form is pathing using hidden inputs. This isn't correct. The path should just be a part of the form URL. Input limits will cause the form to fail to post to where it should be posting and can result in params breaking the path of a form. The only exception being "act" as it's used to dynamically alter whether a button should save, apply, etc.. the form and in that case that input should be at the top of the form and not the bottom so it can not be cut off by input limits.
