Image approval page does not fire triggers

Description

When approving images from the image approval page it does not fire the profile update trigger. This means no behavior can act on the approval of an image. This directly affects avatar activity in CB Activity. Instead of directly querying the database it probably use storeDatabaseValue or storeDatabaseValues user object APIs.
