Repeat usage resetting unchecked checkbox fields back to checked if default is checked

Description

If a checkbox field has a default of 1 in a repeat usage, you uncheck it, and save it will redisplay as checked. This is due to the repeat default behavior. This needs to better take into consideration checkbox fields and only be resetting to default for NEW rows just added (NOT for initial parsing).
