Kunena 5.1 compatibility fixes
Description
Kunena 5.1 appears to be a major overhaul of some APIs. Direct access to Kunena user object appears changed in some regards.

Fixed in MR !1328
This is actually a regression in Kunena, but added minor workaround for it regardless. Also fixed the profile field mapping to be up to date.
