Description

Currently if a plugin is out of date and you click it to download latest it just downloads that latest directly and doesn't install or anything of the sort. They still have to go to the install page to install it. It'd be better if this simply sent them to Install from Web, if enabled, and has the Updates menu entry pre-selected to begin updating. This cuts the steps from 2 to 1 and makes it easier to update not only that plugin but all plugins (and CB).
