Description

Several menu buttons are a gear with an arrow. Simply change them to a pencil icon. If the button isn't needed for contrast use ellipsis-h. Maybe write some standard core CSS to help better support ellipsis-h icon menus with hover opacity and optional high contrast style for a text shadow (e.g. white with black text shadow and black with white text shadow).
