Description

The year dropdown is always oldest to newest, but combodate supports yearDescending allowing ascending or descending. Implement parameter for date and datetime fields to toggle the order.

Don't need another parameter for this. Just reverse the order if minYear and maxYear parameters are swapped as user already attempted.
