PMS: Linking to received page causes message type filter to fail
Description
When linking specifically to Received and filtering to Sent or linking to Sent and filtering to Received it causes the filter to fail. This is due to the filter being ignored for directly accessed Received or Sent pages. The filter either needs to hide on such URLs or the type filter needs to always function regardless of the URL.

Fixed in MR !1455
The implemented fix is to suppress the type filter when on the Received or Sent pages. This gives more control over the design and how those endpoints are accessed. Filter now only outputs and is checked on the All Messages page.
