Improve userlist grid usage to allow for adding fields to the actual canvas placement
Description
Currently avatar is the only thing added to the canvas. You can't overlay actions or buttons at the top or bottom of it (the canvas usage supports this). Implement support for doing this for better control over the grid layout.

Implemented in MR !1513
Userlist Grid Layout usages will now be able to select the Position for columns. This gives greater control over where fields should be placed in the Grid. More specifically for Canvas display. In addition to this the column size is now respected when using grid usage, which allows for example 2 column usage inside of a grid container.
