Description

Passing $reason to tab titles allows condition tab titles based off where they're output. This is same/similar as field title. Should also add this to tab description.

getTabTitle is not sent the $reason so this could pose a problem as we don't know where the tab is being output then. Improvements to getTabTitle would need to be made.

Both tab description and title are now sent the reason for usage in substitutions.
