Description

If the basket is skipped due to only 1 payment gateway, no promotions, no currency selection, no terms and conditions, and no invoice address then the user has no means of cancelling the basket. So they can't cancel the basket to select a different plan to subscribe to. It will continue to force the usage of their old basket.
