Implement better order control

Description
Currently if using the Grid template that does not style the type and subtypes and thus does not display them still orders by them. Implement better options for ordering packages. Maybe even need a separate ordering column called "Flat Order" that is ordered exactly as supplied there on flat views.

This isn't necessary. We can already do this using $packages which is already sent to the template instead of using $packageRows.

Re-opened as even if you use $packages or $presets the order is still managed by type, subtype, and finally order value. So a separate flat order column is absolutely needed. Next an Order By parameter can be implemented to allow control over the order.

Order already exists. As for Type > SubType ordering that will be handled when types are converted to stored Categories which will have their own ordering.
