Email address doesn't display properly with icon and raw email output
Description
If email is set to display as a mailto link or as raw email address it doesn't display properly if set to icon and text or icon only. It should likely just ignore the icon output entirely in this case. Minor cosmetic issue fixed by changing email back to text only display (default).
