Change Instagram to point to Facebook provider

Description
"Sign in with Instagram" is now gone. This is replaced entirely with "Sign in with Facebook". Just let this render the Instagram button while using Facebook APIs.
Instead of removing it just keep it, but point it to the Facebook provider. This will at least let users have a button for it.
