Stripe: AVS country is full name and not 2 character
Description
The default core AVS country input uses full name instead of 2 character causing full name to send to Stripe, which is not supported. This needs to be overridden to only contain 2 character.

Since customer objects are always used we don't need to collect this information anymore. Remove displaying AVS and simply output Stripes full card element instead of the card element split up.

AVS usage fixed in MR !204
For now this isn't being removed as removal would require extensive testing to be sure the removal is safe.
