Improve nested tab menu UX
Description
The More navigation is currently 3 dots. Replace this with a More tab and a down arrow. When on mobile this turns into a hamburger menu. Replace the hamburger menu with a left/right swipe scrolling div. Both improvements provide more obvious navigation behavior.
