QuickPay: Implement parameter for customizing payment_methods
Description
Currently this is either not set or is set only when 3ds is enabled, but when 3ds is enabled it's strictly set to only 3d-creditcard which disables all other available methods. Maybe it's not even necessary to send payment_methods and instead just remove 3ds parameter
