More PHP 8.0 compatibility improvements
Description
A few issues detected with PHP 8.0:
- Free donation amounts error with "Amount not allowed"
- Offline gateway payment errors with "Payment basket does not login."
- Front-end offline payment recording saving has fatal error because of backend menu not initialized.
