Description

Several table views allow exporting data, but not importing data yet they are still 100% following database data structure. Some things aren't necessary in the export (e.g. param columns) and others are missing (e.g. users name). Since this is being used as a reporting like feature the export should be better tailored to that usage.

Only way to do this is for CBSubs to act on onExportcbpaidUsersubscriptionRecord or adding asArray function to cbpaidUsersubscriptionRecord to pad the export with extra data.
