CB Paid Subscriptions

Several table views allow exporting data, but not importing data yet they are still 100% following database data structure. Some things aren't necessary in the export (e.g. param columns) and others are missing (e.g. users name). Since this is being used as a reporting like feature the export should be better tailored to that usage.
