Currently users can select additional permissions to request for several providers. This isn't really necessary as usage of the API isn't even documented to support using it for anything other than CB Connect. Remove the permissions parameters and just map the fields to permissions so it requests the appropriate permissions based off the fields being requested. Some providers don't need callback URLs either yet they're listed and causes additional confusion there as well.
