Description

Currently this just always uses the mc_gross even for recurring payments. It's also unnecessarily sending an HTTP call for every basket item. Have this send mc_amount3 for recurring commissions and reduce to a single HTTP call since we just need the total since there is no per-item tracking like for PostAffiliatePro.
