This isn't meant for single sign-on functionality. It requires a deployment_id, which is the deployment stage for an actual product.

Re-opened as deployment_id appears optional. Needs testing.

Confirmed this is meant more for product integration and not single sign-on. Domain verification process alone would prevent most, if not all, CB users from utilizing this.
