CB Paid Subscriptions

The relative price option display is based off the plan price, but since a plan has multiple prices to select from this can be complicated for display purposes which is why currently it just displays the relative modifier instead of the actual price. See if this can be improved to show the actual price (e.g. maybe update the option after price selection?). Price of course calculates correctly in basket this is purely a cosmetic improvement.
