Include CMS as part of the download URL

Description
This should then be verified on download to ensure the download is compatible with the supplied CMS. It should also be passed to download history so the history is also properly versioned to a platform.
Note this will be optional. Continue to behave as normally if no CMS is found in the URL.
For now this will just be for analytic purposes in download history, but can later be enforced if needed.
