CB Paid Subscriptions

Currently it basically only works with recurring subscriptions. This needs to also work with non-recurring to allow option changes without requiring a renewal as the feature implies. This should submit the renewal form to the update endpoint and refresh the buttons and description display of a plan when this happens after storing the new options.
