Description

Tenor is being discontinued by Google. Keep the current implementation for now, but a new default needs to be set either to existing giphy implementation or an alternative needs to be found.

KLIPY is being developed by former tenor developers so it maybe a suitable option to add. Added benefit that this is an instant switch. Simply swap the URLs.

Note this is a discontinuation of the API. Existing GIFs should render fine. The existing implementation will remain until June at which point it will be removed since the API will have officially been turned off at that point.
