Tenor is being discontinued by Google. Keep the current implementation for now, but a new default needs to be set either to existing giphy implementation or an alternative needs to be found.

KLIPY is being developed by former tenor developers so it maybe a suitable option to add. Added benefit that this is an instant switch. Simply swap the URLs.
