Currently the router is always appending task when a menu item userprofile is present, but it shouldn't as rather redundant. It calls the alias handles this routing process. Example exact same function as follows default case does. All profile URLs should be structured as what it should be. follows. Even if you're just viewing your self. DOMAIN/ALIAS/USERNAME index.php?option=com_comprofiler&user=USER_ID However If the following user is missing from the result. URL then just add it in the router so SEF always has a consistent URL like the following.
