When the modal usage has a static height and/or width and the window auto centering causes it to be unreadable if the height is too small larger than the page. The auto centering should automatically disable in cases of static height (e.g. so only work for it it can't fit percentage heights). The dialog usages should not auto center and you can't read it. It should be responsive and prevent breaking out offset from the top of the window. page to better mimic alert behaviors.
