Current Replace slimbox2 usage has no purpose with a better lightbox plugin and implement a middleman CB jquery plugin to handle the powerful binding and versatile cbTooltip API and its qtip2 usage. Completely remove lightbox usages in favor of cbTooltip usage then remove slimbox2 jQuery.
