When hovering the userlist view of avatar and formatname name it should have a tooltip that displays a canvas container. It should have a parameter to supply additional content in addition to a trigger contains the canvas, large avatar size, and eventually further information such as Likes, etc.. See Facebook, etc.. for plugins to utilize. examples
