Using the CB forge area¶

The CB forge area should not be used to open support tickets.
Do not directly open new issues unless you have posted them on the Joomlapolis forums and have confirmed that issue is truly related with CB code and not your specific environment or lack of knowledge.

Once the Joomlapolis forum issue is confirmed by others, a CB Team member will most likely open a ticket for this issue and also give the issue ticket number of the forums so you can follow the progress.

Issues that are opened directly here will be rejected.
