forum integration is kunena 1.5 and 1.6 ready (except for 1.6 sidebar as API is not done, but is promised to not change from 1.5 so should work fine)

Too much Kunena specific changes and rewrites to fit on time in CB 1.2.2.
With plugin becoming that big, it requires a different approach.

Commit r1023 adds Kunena 1.6 support using the CB 1.2 plugin.
