Language includes with @ making impossible to properly debug
Description
Within CBs language loading function is placed infront of the includes. This results in a blank page, which would be classified as memory issue or something of the sort, but is actually a parse error in the language plugin. Suggested removing so errors can properly display.

removed the @ from include so error display for language files can be seen instead of just a blank screen.
