uddeIM PMS operation updates
Description
according to this thread:

it would be a good idea to update the existing
PMS Component type:
value list to show uddeIM 1.0 or better (instead of the present uddeIM 1.0)
Also we need to investigate what this timezone fix is with Stephan.
